Oxfordshire County Council is delighted to announce their partnership with BetterPoints Ltd to bring you BetterPoints Oxfordshire.
BetterPoints Oxfordshire is an app based healthy lifestyles and active and sustainable travel rewards scheme. It’s available to everyone over the age of fourteen who lives, works, or studies in Oxfordshire.
To take part, users simply download the app from the App Store or Google Play, then start earning BetterPoints– a financially backed digital currency – for travelling sustainably and actively. Points can also be earned for healthy lifestyle habits, such as maintaining a healthy weight and giving up smoking.
Users can redeem their points for goods and services with Reward Partners. These include national chains such as Starbucks, Argos and the like, and local businesses such as Nothing But Footprints. Alternatively, points can be donated to charities, such as Yellow Submarine, or Homeless Oxfordshire.
