Dr Peter Baker has worked as an muon scientist at the ISIS Pulsed Neutron and Muon Source at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory for the past 10 years. Before that he studied and did research in the physics department at the University of Oxford. His research has mostly covered magnets, superconductors, and batteries, almost always using antimuons. He is also the secretary of the International Society for Muon Spectroscopy.
