The Tower of Babel and the Three Wise Men – Ian Adsley
This talk forms the now traditional humorous Christmas event at Didcot Café Sci. This also includes quizzes, mince pies and mulled wine. The talk essentially covers the life of time of the Danish physicist Niels Bohr, particularly his student years and the period leading up to the WW2.
Ian Adsley is a retired nuclear research and development scientist and is now one of the hosts at the Didcot Café Sci.
The talk will be followed by a Christmas Quiz, mulled wine and mince pies
