Kate has been Chief Executive of Soha Housing, a community mutual housing association based in Didcot, since 2018. Soha has approximately 6500 homes, employs 116 staff and builds circa 250 new homes per year.
Previously Kate spent 10 years working in International Development Organisations, and 10 years working in the UK housing sector. Her other voluntary commitments include being on the board of Reall, an international housing charity.
