Our speaker this month will be Liam Weston and his talk is titled ‘Posture – what constitutes good posture, bad posture and more importantly why…’
Liam’s talk will cover the importance of maintaining a healthy spine and some of the commonly related symptoms as a consequence of poor spinal health.
Liam is ex-armed forces and having left the military in 2008, retrained as a Chiropractor in 2009 at Glamorgan University (now the University of South Wales), graduating in 2014. He currently runs a clinic in Didcot called the Medical.
